Over the past few months, Pro-Networks has welcomed four new colleagues to the team.
From left to right we are delighted to introduce Ian Street, Simon Gainey, Elliot Broomhall and Leanne Tutill.
Ian joins the support team after working for many years in IT within several large organisations. Ian likes to provide great customer service and is always willing to help. Ian provides a warm, informal, friendly approach and tries to “humanise” the customer experience with IT. Ian has settled in well and is enjoying working in the friendly team that is Pro-Networks.
Elliot joins the support team and brings a large knowledge base of experience with him. Elliot finished university in Liverpool in 2009 where he then joined a large global IT company as part of the support team, working on a government account as well as a retail clothing brand. Elliot is an out-of-box thinker, enjoys learning new technologies and getting stuck into the job at hand.
Leanne joins the finance team and is FMAAT Qualified. Leanne has has worked across various industries over the last 16 years and hopes to provide effective financial leadership to the team and optimise financial processes.
Finally, Simon joins the Sales and Account Management Team after spending many years in similar roles with other North West based IT Support companies. Simon has 25 years of experience in IT, with a solid foundation in the technical aspects and enjoys helping customers demystify their tech. He has a passion to help customers get the best solutions for their needs and is looking forward to meeting many customers over the coming months.
