Job Summary: The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients and ensuring their needs are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Internal Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

Account Growth: Discover ways to enhance the value and satisfaction of our existing clients by offering them additional products and services that meet their evolving needs.

Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and to develop tailored solutions.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement. Use internal CRM with SQL to generate internal reporting.

Marketing: Assist with generating content / writing blogs (one per week).

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:

Education: 3 x A Level (minimum), degree in IT preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management or a similar role.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.

Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
