Founded in 2002 and based in Deeside, Pro-Networks provides unrivaled proactive IT support for customers throughout the UK. We are passionate about what we do and are experts across a range of IT disciplines.
Over our 22+ year history, Pro-Networks has grown organically, largely through word of mouth and the efforts and hard work of our founders, Paul Crudge and Rob Meakin.
In October 2020 we purchased a local IT Support Company, Ten Ten Systems, welcoming the staff and customers to the Pro-Networks family.

We Become Employee Owned!
In March 2022, upon the retirement of Paul Crudge, we became an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) and we were delighted that our first ever employee, Geoff Coote, became our new CEO, ensuring the direction, focus and values of our business continues.
Within an EOT, a controlling interest of shares in a company is transferred to a trust for the benefit of its employees. This means the employees own the business and as such feel much more connected to it and aligned with its values.
