Pro-Networks Ltd became an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) on 1 March 2022.
Founded in 2002 and based in Deeside, Pro-Networks provides unrivalled proactive IT support for customers throughout the UK. We are passionate about what we do and are experts across a range of IT disciplines.
Customer service is at the heart of Pro-Networks, and our industry leading levels of customer service and technical support continue to be developed and further aligned to our customers’ needs.
An EOT is a company ownership model introduced by the Government in 2014. Within an EOT, a controlling interest of shares in a company is transferred to a trust for the benefit of its employees. On his retirement, founder, former managing director and sole shareholder Paul Crudge sold his shares to the EOT and retired from the business. A new operating board is now managing the business on behalf of the Trust.
Our professional IT support spans multiple sectors. Our customers include some of the UK’s leading legal and accountancy practices, manufacturers and engineering companies amongst many others. We are proactive and consultative in our approach and strive to work in partnership with our customers, working with them to ensure that they plan for future IT challenges and have an appropriate IT strategy in place. We work alongside existing in-house IT staff or we can also offer a virtual IT department, which can significantly reduce costs.

We are a fully accredited Microsoft Partner and our highly skilled and experienced engineers are Microsoft Certified, specialising in disciplines across the Microsoft product range. We also have engineers who are Apple Certified Support Professionals, able to provide specialist technical support for customers using Apple products and applications. We support our engineers with ongoing training and career development, ensuring that we continue to offer the very highest standards of IT support and expertise to our customers.
