How VoIP Telephony Works

Users can log into their VoIP phone through any of their devices and can contact their colleagues using their internal extension number as though they were sitting at their desk in the office, irrespective of their location. Each user has a low-cost subscription that allows unlimited internal calls and a generous, or unlimited monthly allowance for traditional landline and mobile calls. 

How VoIP Works

We have packages with and without a call allowance and even if a budget plan is selected, the call allowances are automatically pooled across the company to help with budgeting. Different sites in the same company can call each other internally, without using any allowance and time is saved as a result of a single number being used for each colleague.

As you would expect from leading cloud phone solutions - features such as menu systems, call queuing, and voicemail are standard.

Optional license enhancements are available to give call recording, integration with Microsoft Teams, CRM integration, or even provide a deeper level of reporting.
