If you follow us on social media, you will have seen us regularly posting about the support team passing Microsoft examinations. These exams are designed to stretch all Microsoft Partners and when passed, demonstrate levels of technical competency and expertise that customers need.
What is the Microsoft Solutions Partner Designations Program?
In October 2022, Microsoft made a significant change to its partner program and all previous accreditations were nullified – meaning our 5 Gold and many Silver competencies were retired. The new program, called Solutions Partner Designations, is designed to better recognise partners for their skills and expertise in delivering solutions to customers in today’s hybrid working world.
Previous Microsoft competencies focused on on-premise server infrastructure solutions and while we have many qualified engineers and are perfectly happy to support this kind of infrastructure, Microsoft are focusing their attention on cloud-based solutions. The current set of accreditations include:-

- Data and AI
- Digital and App Innovation
- Infrastructure
- Modern Work
- Security
