Case Study : Leap Migration

Background

The Pro-Networks and Mackenzie Jones relationship began in 2003 and we have helped with all aspects of the firms IT since then.  More recently we have helped migrate Mackenzie Jones from a remote desktop hosted case management solution to LEAP.  The advantages of LEAP over the existing case management solution were many and included improved efficiency, productivity and mobility.  The migration to the new solution required a change in the way this business operated and this was project managed by Pro-Networks.

Solution

Pro-Networks were involved at an early stage with LEAP and Mackenzie Jones and identified that the existing RDS solution would not work with LEAP.  We assisted with the case management data migration and introduced a new suite of computers designed to allow the company to benefit fully from the advantages of their new case management solution.  As a preferred LEAP IT Partner we were able to advise, assist and oversee the project to completion within agreed timescales and budgets

Outcome

The advantages since migrating to LEAP for Mackenzie Jones are many – increased mobility on multiple devices, less paper, seamless email integration between Outlook and LEAP, faster and easier search capabilities and form automation to name a few.
