G-Force Communications was established in 2005 as an independent business to business communications specialist offering a bespoke consultancy service to their customers in order to provide products and solutions that save their customers time and money.

Their success story is their “5 star” account management service which all customers appreciate and aim to provide the “best service, advice and assistance” at all times.

Background

G-Force Communications became a customer of Pro-Networks in February 2010 and we have supported their nine strong team in all aspects of their IT since then.  Our relationship is slightly out of the norm here though as G-Force are not only a customer, they are also a supplier of ours too.  Even more than this G-Force Communications are amongst a very small list of preferred suppliers than Pro-Networks recommend to our customers.


Collaboration

G-Force have helped our customers with telephone systems (both on and off premise), mobile phone contracts and 4G connectivity sims and vehicle tracking and fuel management solutions.

Similarly we have been introduced to their customers to help resolve IT issues that the current IT company may have been unable to resolve or to simply offer a more proactive IT solution where there wasn’t one before.


Mutual Benefits

Playing to your own strengths and knowing when to call in reinforcements is a part of what makes this partnership work – we specialise in IT support and Cyber Security and G-Force know that when their customers need help, we have the resource and expertise to deliver.  Having worked together on so many projects it would be easy to understand how customers sometimes fail to see where one company ends and the other one starts.  Working together we are able to resolve mutual customer enquires faster and more competitively than working within unknown partners.

G-Force regularly host well attended “open days” where both existing and prospective customers can meet their suppliers – whether than be Pro-Networks giving GDPR / Cyber Security advice or TomTom demonstrating their latest products.
