Having been a customer of Pro-Networks since 2010 I've decided that it's time we expressed in writing our gratitude for all the 1st class IT advice, service and support provided to G-Force Communications Ltd over the years.

We originally moved to Pro-Networks because our previous IT provider were unable to resolve an issue with our server without it being upgraded. As we were already supplying our services to Pro-Networks and we'd heard numerous recommendations from clients we had in common, we invited them to provide a no obligation IT review.

During the review they quickly discovered that our existing server was still under warranty so immediately set the wheels in motion to have it repaired before eventually upgrading it some 2 years later.

As you'd expect our relationship has developed greatly over the years, whereby they now support 14x computers, provide anti-virus software, an offsite back-up service, Microsoft office 365, and meet all our new hardware requirements.

They operate a ticketing system for support and we subscribe to an agreed annual allowance. This method is regularly reviewed and very transparent, but most of our service needs are met over the phone within 5 minutes as its IT engineers taking the calls, which is fantastic!
