Independently collected customer reviews

When we complete a support task for a customer we send a small amount of information about the job to Feefo who then invite customers to provide a review. This process is ensuring that we maintain high levels of service performance but at the same time it highlights when we could have done better.

The following reviews have all been collected by Feefo and they are also hosted by Feefo. We can and do respond to reviews via Feefo's portal but we have no control over what reviews can be viewed.

Efficient site visit totally COVID19 friendly

Recent Support Task - 103881 - Infrastructure
We recently had a great response to a request for a site visit to install a new UPS and also to sort out the spaghetti junction of cabling that had accumulated over the years in the server room. I was amazed when the engineer Richard had finished - there was not a single cable in sight , all tucked away behind the server cupboard where they should be and the door to the server even shuts now !! The engineer was very polite and also respected our policy on wearing a mask in our office and social distancing, something a lot of other contractors who have visited from other companies don't think applies to them.
