If you have not yet been supplied with logon credentials or you have forgotten them, then you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and request access.
You can access:
- Support contracts – View all current support contracts
- Usage – View minutes used for each contract
- Tasks – View outstanding and completed tasks
- Reports – View reports detailing backups, server status, workstations, software and site inventories
